Rain doesn’t stop play …
… or work, in the case of some of our intrepid volunteers. It might have been pouring last Wednesday, but that didn’t stop our determined raised bed builders from cracking on with the task. Their ingenuity came to the fore, using a gazebo as a shelter while they worked.
And as you can see from Monday morning’s frosty, scene, it paid off – the beds are all ready for lining and filling with soil.
We’re looking forward to putting them to good use in the new year!
