We offer horticultural therapy opportunities to people living with mental health issues, learning difficulties, physical disabilities and other health issue. Our professionally-run sessions help people to learn new skills, regain lost skills, and improve social skills in order to regain confidence and self esteem.
Our sessions are tailored to your interests and abilities, led by horticultural therapists and supported by volunteers. If you prefer working in a group or like space to yourself, we can help. Our pavilion and polytunnel give shelter when the weather’s bad. We provide all equipment and tools, and tea and coffee.
If you’re an experienced gardener or a novice, our sessions are a great place to share existing skills or learn new ones, and there’s often produce to take home.
There is an accessible path around the garden, level access into the pavilion and accessible toilets. We have adapted tools to so everyone can get the most out of sessions.
