Furniture Donation from Lakeside
We were very pleased to receive a wooden garden furniture set from our neighbours at The Lakeside Care home (picture below).
B&M Care run the care home and are celebrating their 40th anniversary since opening their first home. They were very helpful to us in the early years of the development of Ridgeline, providing the joint access to the site and car parking, signs at the entrance and security fencing, water & sewerage connections as well as bringing on their digger to clear the huge bramble patch that took up the space now occupied by our pavilion. One of their directors, took a personal interest in the project, donating the shed that now houses our mowers and other tools, and later £2,000 towards the cost of the pavilion.
