Enjoy a nature walk – and visit Ridgeline!
Sport in Mind and local social prescribers are offering walks in East Reading, an opportunity to connect with nature and finish off with refreshments at our lovely garden! Dates are Wednesday 25th May and Wednesday 22nd June, meet at Pembroke Surgery, Alexandra Road at 1pm, finishing at 2,30pm. It includes some uneven paths, so wear suitable footwear. Paced to suit individuals’ level of fitness.
