Art and cake supporting Ridgeline
Whiteknights Studio Trail is an annual event where local artists display their work in East Reading. This year,the trail is Saturday 26th and Sunday 27th June 2021, between 11am and 6pm.
One of the venues is providing refreshments in exchange for donations to Ridgeline. It’s 32 Shinfield Road, and you can enjoy the beautiful garden there whilst eating homemade cake and supporting Ridgeline at the same time – a great way to spend a summer weekend!
If you’re wondering what your donation might buy, here are a few examples
- £5 would pay for seeds for clients to sow during a horticultural therapy session
- £10 would pay for compost for clients to use potting plants and seedlings
- £20 would pay for a horticultural therapy session for a client
- £80 would pay for a push along lawn mower, ideal for many of our clients to use, and great exercise too!
