We’re recruiting – Service Manager wanted!
Are you passionate about the transformative power of nature? We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Service Manager to lead and expand our social and therapeutic horticulture services. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact by fostering well-being through gardening, managing our vibrant community of volunteers, and connecting with local organisations to broaden our reach.
As our Service Manager, you will:
- Deliver impactful services: Collaborate with Horticultural Therapists to ensure client needs are met
- Engage the community: Lead fundraising events, promote our services, and network with local councils and organisations to elevate Ridgeline’s profile.
- Oversee operations: Manage health and safety obligations and ensure the Pavilion and facilities are well-maintained.
- Lead volunteer efforts: Recruit and oversee the induction of volunteers to support horticultural therapy sessions and garden maintenance.
- Provide administrative leadership: Manage enquiries, maintain secure records, and report regularly to trustees.
This role combines leadership, creativity, and hands-on involvement, ensuring every day is rewarding and varied.
