Seasonal soup, frights and frost
The clocks have changed, it’s feeling cooler, and Ridgeline is a hive of activity. Today, some of our clients were hard at work making delicious butternut squash soup which everyone enjoyed at lunchtime. And pumpkins grown here earlier in the year were put to good use making fantastic lanterns.
Meanwhile there’s plenty happening outside. Plants that won’t cope with the cold nights are being moved into the poly tunnel, and the beds tidied. All the garden waste is chopped up to help it to rot down quicker in our compost heaps. The garden continues to be a lovely place to relax, thanks to everyone’s efforts.
